For your safety and peace of mind, we give our Duromatic pressure cookers an integrated lid-locking system, so there's no chance the lid can be removed until the pressure is released. We've also integrated no fewer than five unique back-up safety systems into our pressure cookers in order to prevent excessive pressure build-up. It's easy to know what pressure level your Duromatic has reached, too, thanks to our spring-loaded valves--determine with a glance the exact pressure, and time your cooking accordingly.
